UCLA Alters Game Schedule for 2024 Clash with California School

A late non-conference game for the Bruins will take place next season

Your UCLA Bruins will head to the Big 10 starting next season. No spoilers there, I know. Even though we know who they'll play next season, we don't know when those games will take place, except for three.

The Bruins will start the season at Hawai'i on August 31, 2024, and they'll play LSU at Death Valley on September 21, 2024. The Bruins will also take on the Fresno State Bulldogs. That game was supposed to take place on September 14, 2024, but now that non-conference battle will occur on November 30, 2024.

The only thing that changed with that game was the date. The battle between these two California schools will now be the last game of the regular season, and hopefully, it holds some significant playoff implications for the Bruins.

UCLA last battled Fresno State in 2021 at the Rose Bowl, where they came up short. Overall, they hold the all-time record at 6-4, and nine of the last ten matchups have been held at the Rose Bowl.

The Bulldogs always put up a good fight against the Bruins, and it shouldn't be any different come November 30, 2024.
