UCLA Football: Elite Prep Offensive Tackle Offered By Bruins
The UCLA Bruins are hitting the recruiting circuit and hitting it hard.
The Bruins have extended an offer to four-star offensive tackle from Denton, Texas, Ty Haywood.
Haywood announced the offer via X.
UCLA became the 30th school to extend an offer to Haywood. He's got elite programs like Georgia, Alabama, Michigan, Florida, and Miami, who have expressed interest.
Haywood, a junior, is a big man, standing at 6-foot-6 and weighing 270 pounds. He also competes in track and field in the shot put and discus.
The Bruins are the latest school to extend an offer to the kid from Texas. According to 247Sports, there is no prediction for him just yet. If the Bruins play their cards right and show interest outside of an offer to Haywood, he could make his way to Westwood.
