UCLA Basketball: Adem Bona Attempts To Inspire Bruins Heading Into Final Game

Adem Bona spoke to reporters after the Bruins's loss and attempted to inspire the team before the regular season ends.

The UCLA Bruins losing woes have continued, as the team dropped another loss to Arizona, with a final score of 88-65. This is the team's fifth loss in a row, and the remaining season looks a bit bleak.

The hope is the Bruins can win their final game of the regular season, which could give them the proper confidence to make it far in the Pac-12 Tournament. Still, they will need to change how they play to achieve that goal.

Star sophomore Adem Bona knows the team needs to prove their toughness and confidence, and he attempted to inspire his teammates with his message to reporters last night.

"We’ve got one more game – we have one more chance to show our character, our identity before the Pac-12 Tournament, and that’s a big opportunity for us."

The Bruins have shown a ton of confidence this season, as they went on an impressive six-game win streak after their early season woes. Sadly, that streak has since been broken, and the team has not found a way to rebound.

Bona and the team will need to iron out their issues heading into their final game, especially if they hope to make a splash in the Pac-12 Tournament.
