The undefeated season lives on, thanks to another shutout for the Bruins.

No. 3 UCLA women's soccer (6-0) blanked CSUN (1-7) in a 3-0 victory Monday night. The Bruins have now gone five straight games without conceding a single goal, and senior goalkeeper Lauren Brzykcy has turned away all 18 shots she's faced in 450 minutes between the posts this season.

The Bruins' average goals allowed mark of 0.167 ranks fourth in the nation, with the single goal given up to UC Irvine in the season opener being the lone difference between fourth and a tie for first with Tennessee, Minnesota and Wake Forest. The last time UCLA went five straight games without allowing a goal was in 2014.

Monday against the Matadors, Brzykcy made six saves, three of which came in the final 10 minutes of the match.

Brzykcy's goalkeeping and the Bruins' back line did enough to hold CSUN off the board, but their two top forwards gave them an early cushion right off the bat.

Forward Mia Fishel scored one in the sixth minute, her fourth of the season. Forward Reilyn Turner made a go for goal in the 27th only to have her shot saved, but she gathered her own rebound and buried it for her team-high sixth goal of the season.

UCLA headed into halftime up 2-0, and then midfielder Olivia Athens made it 3-0 with a header in the 60th minute. It was Athens' first goal of the season.

Athens assisted on Fishel's early goal, while freshman defender Quincy McMahon picked up the helper on Athens' score.

Fans looking to watch the match were left empty handed Monday night, as the UCLA live stream was down and highlights were unavailable as well.

Next time the Bruins take the pitch, they'll be playing against San Diego on Thursday night at 6 p.m. on the WCC Network.
