UCLA Women's Basketball: Bruins Drop In Week 14 Associated Press Poll

The Lady Bruins drop two spots in Week 14's AP Poll.

Although your UCLA Lady Bruins stand with an immaculate record of 17-4, they've dropped two spots in the latest Associated Press poll rankings

UCLA now sits in ninth place in the most recent poll heading into Week 14.

The Lady Bruins are coming off a week where they went 1-1. The Bruins started the week strong with a 20-point win over the Cal Golden Bears. Graduate student guard Charisma Osborne moved into the top three in the all-time women's scoring leaders. She dropped 32 points, and her journey to move second all-time is underway.

However, a game later, the Lady Bruins dropped a crucial game against the then-number four ranked Stanford Cardinal on the road by the score of 80-60. The Bruins were cold all game long, as the Cardinal were hot all game, shooting 63.5% from the field and 62.5% from three, resulting in a significant loss.

The Bruins will look for a better Week 14 as they have two key conference matchups against the Arizona Wildcats and the Arizona State Sun Devils.
