Fall is a former McDonalds All-American and a four-star recruit out of Denver, Colorado. As a high school recruit, Fall was the 29th-ranked player nationally, the fifth-best player at his position, and the number-one player in his home state.
As a freshman in Fayetteville, his first season was quite underwhelming. He only played in nine games and played a total of 45 minutes. In those games, he showed off his athleticism and shot-blocking ability, averaging 5.3 blocks and 10.7 rebounds per 40 minutes.
Six players, including Fall, have entered the portal: Denijay Harris, Keyon Menifield Jr., Joseph Pinion, Davonte Davis, and Layden Blocker.
The freshman stands at 6-foot-10, 205 pounds. It wouldn't be quite a shock to have one of Eric Musselman's recruits follow him to the West Coast. Musselman accepted the job of becoming the next head coach for USC on Thursday. We'll keep a close eye on where Fall will land.
