Spread: West Virginia -15.5

4-star play on West Virginia covering: West Virginia won its first three games by an average of 20.3 points. Meanwhile, Penn lost to Iona and Towson and barely muscled out a win over Drexel. Penn is picked to win the Ivy League but it's not been the best start to the season. As long as the Mountaineers don't turn the ball over 15+ times, they should win this one comfortably and cover the spread.

Over/Under: 143

3-star play on the under: All four of West Virginia's games, including the exhibition against Bowling Green, have had similar final scores. 130, 134, 137, and 132. Those are the totals for those four games and even though Penn is averaging 68 points per game, that's against less challenging competition. I don't see Penn cracking 60, so I'll take the under.
