Jacksonville State TE Transfer Jacob Barrick Signs with West Virginia

Jacksonville State tight end transfer Jacob Barrick is one of a handful of transfers making their way back to the Mountain State. Thursday morning, West Virginia officially announced that he has signed to finish his career out in the Old Gold and Blue.
Barrick was a first-team all-state selection as a senior at Martinsburg High School after putting together a solid senior campaign where he caught 38 passes for 644 yards and seven touchdowns.
He spent three years at Jacksonville State and recorded nine receptions for 102 yards the last two seasons.
He will have one year of eligibility remaining.
