Strongest Pals in Palworld

Frostalion

Palworld

This Pal is undisputedly at the top thanks to its incredible stats. I wouldn’t expect less from a Legendary Pal. What makes Frostalion one of the best Pals in the survival game is that it’s a flying mount, increasing your Ice attacks while in the air. This ranged Pal is a tough fighter that is great to have on your side.

Jormuntide

Palworld

There are actually two types of Jormuntide. First, there’s Jormuntide, a Dragon/Water type and then there’s Jormuntide Ignis, a Dragon/Fire type. You can actually have both on your team, unleashing incredible fury on your opponent from all angles. Jormuntide has a Partner Skill that lets you move through water indefinitely while mounted while Jormuntide Ignis can enhance Fire attacks while mounted.

Kitsun

This powerful Pal is hard to find due to having an unlisted location but it’s worth finding one to have on your team. When mounted, Kitsun is unaffected by cold or heat. This Pal is great for battle and for exploring, letting you freely roam the land without getting damaged.

Shadowbeak

This Dark Pal is considered top tier thanks to having one of the best Partner Skills in the game. Shadowbeak will boost Dark attacks while you ride or fly on its back. While it does lack some skills, Shadowbeak hits super hard.

Paladius

How to catch paladius in Palworld
Palworld

Paladius is the shining counterpart to Necromus. Its title is the Holy Knight of Legend, and it is a pure Neutral type. Unlike Necromus, Paladius' stats lean a bit more towards Defense. This is a Pal that's hard to take down, and it's strong for that reason alone.

This pure Neutral Pal is focused on defense and you’ll quickly realize it’s super hard to take it down. Palworld players feel that Paladius has the best Neutral Skills in the game. On top of that, it can use Ice Skills to fight from a distance, using Spear Thrust and Blizzard Spike to damage enemies. On top of that, you can ride Paladius and will enjoy its triple jump.

Blazamut

Palworld

Blazamut is a well-balanced and strong Fire Pal that has an incredibly devastating melee attack. But you can also fight with Blazamut from a distance with Stone Blast, Rock Lance, and Fire Ball. Reliable and a great mount, Blazamut is a great Pal to ride into battle with.

Anubis

Anubis is not lucario
Palworld

Anubis is probably the best Ground Pal in the game. This offensive-focused Pal has great melee and ranged attacks, making it quite versatile in battle. Rock Lance and Ground Smash can really beat down any enemy. Its Partner Skill increases Ground attack damage on top of that. If you use Anubis during the right moments, you won’t be taken down.

Digtoise

Digtoise mining pal
Palworld

It can be tough to find Digtoise but it’s worth it once you’ve taken it down. Drill Crusher is a devastating skill that can change the tide of any battle. This Pal is focused on dealing extreme damage so be careful around it at all times.

Grizzbolt

Palworld

This is basically the mascot of Palworld, an evil-looking Pikachu-type thing. But we won’t get into that. Instead, let’s focus on Grizzbolt’s strength and skills. It’s great to have on your team early in the game, using it as a tank that attacks with attacks from afar. Lightning Bolt and Lightning Strike will wreak havoc in battle.
