Trait changes

Heartsteel is getting a cool new addition in TFT Set 14.1. As the econ trait of the set, Heartsteel hasnt really lived up to the hype that other econ traits have reached in previous sets. To open up that classic “high-risk high-reward” gambling, Riot has decided to give players a chance to to go all in on lose streaking but as an actual choice.
