Roy Halladay jumped on Twitter on Tuesday to send out a lengthy note of praise for his former Philadelphia Phillies teammate Chase Utley.

Halladay's letter does seem a little over the top (the goosebumps part in particular), but it is nice to see athletes actually have something substantive to say about one of their teammates.
