It takes a lot of work to be the best. The great athletes—LeBron James, James Harrison—know this, and that includes Manny the Frenchie. He may make it look easy, but it takes a lot of behind-the-scenes preparation to be that cuddly. Technique is key when accepting treats, and proper nap posture is something that must be continually practiced. Manny was kind enough to share some of his fitness secrets with Sports Illustrated and PetHero, Time Inc's new membership club for pet owners, in this exclusive workout video shot in the SI offices.
