Vikings fans to relive pain in franchise docuseries debuting in August
Vikings fans in need of a dose reality before the 2023 season will get that in a new seven-part documentary series debuting on YouTube in August.
Secret Base, the creators of The History of the Seattle Mariners and The History of the Atlanta Falcons, announced their next franchise deep-dive in The History of the Minnesota Vikings.
The seven-part series is set to debut on Aug. 1, with weekly Tuesday releases over the next six weeks.
The series is described as: "The story of the Minnesota Vikings, a franchise whose truly unique and amazing story we’ve been waiting to tell for years. This seven-part Dorktown docuseries, which will trace the Vikings’ history from 1961 all the way to the present day."
Secret Base are a YouTube channel with 1.3 million subscribers and over 520 million views. The History of the Atlanta Falcons series has just over 4 million views while The History of the Seattle Mariners series have just over 5 million views.
