AP top 25 poll: Huskies jump Florida State in college football rankings for Rivalry Week

Your look at the updated AP top 25 college football rankings heading into Rivalry Week with some drama near the top of the polls as Selection Sunday draws near

Rivalry Week is upon us, and there's still plenty to sort out when it comes to Championship Saturday after that, and for Selection Sunday after that, as the College Football Playoff selection committee is keeping a close eye on how the final week of the regular season pans out. Now, after another active Saturday, it's time to get a look at the updated top 25 rankings.

  • Florida State stayed undefeated, but at a huge cost after losing quarterback Jordan Travis to what looked like a very serious leg injury
  • Louisville earned the other side of the ACC title game against the Seminoles after taking down Miami on the road
  • Ohio State, Michigan both stayed undefeated heading into The Game to decide who will represent the East in the Big Ten Championship Game
  • Iowa won the West behind its characteristically dominant defense
  • Washington will play for the Pac-12 championship after a statement victory over a ranked Oregon State in some foul weather to stay undefeated
  • Texas took down Iowa State to stay at one loss and in Big 12 title contention

So where does that leave things as far as the polls? Here is what the latest top 25 rankings look like moving into Rivalry Week, according to the AP voters.
