Nick Saban confirms Agiye Hall's status with Alabama football team

We now know where Agiye Hall stands with the Alabama football team. Crimson Tide head coach Nick Saban said the wide receiver was suspended from the program.
Saban told reporters that Hall was removed from the team for violation of team rules.
"He is suspended from the team for violations of some team rules," Saban said. "Whether they're academic or whatever, it doesn't really matter. Everybody has a responsibility and obligation to respect the principles and values [of the team]."

Asked about the possibility of Hall re-joining the Alabama roster, Saban said that the wide receiver already had a chance.
"He's already had that opportunity once, so I don't know what his plans are for the future," Saban said.
Reports emerged on April 5 that Hall was no longer on the Crimson Tide football roster, which the receiver reacted to on Twitter saying, "news to me, but fs".
A former Top 50 overall recruit in Alabama's 2021 class, Hall signed as a four-star prospect from Florida, catching four passes for 72 yards as a freshman last season.
Alabama is seeking to build up its receiving corps ahead of this season after the unit lost John Metchie, Jameson Williams, and Slade Bolden to the NFL Draft.
Javon Baker, a reserve player at the position, and tight end Jahleel Billingsley left the Alabama program via the NCAA transfer portal.
But the Tide landed an important piece through the portal as Jermaine Burton, the leading receiver on Georgia's national championship team a year ago, signed with Alabama.
