College Football 2026 ACC Spring Game Schedule for All Teams

In this story:
The ACC would up the 2025 season one score from claiming the CFP national championship, and plenty of the league's top teams are worth spring 2026 attention. The spring practice regimen ends in a spring game for most programs, and with many of those games now televised, it's a good opportunity to see some new portal additions and some of the upcoming 2026 freshmen. Even if the spring game isn't quite the massive showcase it once was, it's a good appetizer for hungry college football fans, particularly of some of the ACC's top programs.
Spring Practice Already Finished
That said, some programs haven't yet determined whether or when they'll hold their spring game. But for ACC programs, the spring game run has already opened. Clemson, choosing to buck the anti-spring game trend, held its spring game on March 28th and NC State's spring game didn't take place, as the Wolfpack are wrapping up spring practice on Friday without a traditional spring game.
Not Holding (or Not Yet Having Scheduled) Spring Games
Other programs with uncertain spring game programs so far are Florida State, North Carolina, Stanford, and Wake Forest. Sometimes, the non-occurrence of a spring game is an attempt to keep some surprises under wraps. Other times, there are depth concerns for teams adding new players or not yet able to add all incoming talent in order to stage a scrimmage-style match-up.

But most of the ACC still has many spring games coming on the horizon over the next two weekends.
Spring Games Yet to Come
Three schools have games scheduled for Saturday, April 11th. Boston College, Pittsburgh, and Syracuse have their spring games on that date. Two more ACC programs scheduled their spring game for the following Friday, April 17th. Louisville and SMU are both finishing spring practice on that date.
The following Saturday, April 18th, is the most common date for ACC spring game matchups. California, Duke, Georgia Tech, Miami, Virginia, and Virginia Tech are all hosting spring games on that date. That single day will include spring game matchups for ACC champion Duke, CFP runner-up Miami, and the much-anticipated debut of James Franklin as the head coach at Virginia Tech. Miami will debut new QB Darian Mensah in their spring game.
While major television broadcasts of the various spring games have been declined by ACC schools, some of the teams will have games televised or streamed via their own internal platforms or on ESPN's ACC Network Plus.
