Vince Young sucker punched in Texas bar fight: Video

Former Texas football legend Vince Young found himself on the wrong end of a collision nowhere near a football field as he was attacked during a bar scuffle recently.
TMZ Sports' Michael J. Babcock posted a video to X, formerly Twitter, that shows the former Longhorns quarterback and national champion involved in a physical dispute that turned violent, culminating in Young being sucker-punched and falling to the ground.
Vince Young was punched in the face and dropped, and appeared to be momentarily out during a February 4 bar fight in Texas.

Started w/ pushing & shoving, then a drink was thrown, and Vince was eventually hit w/ a clean shot (albeit a sucker punch) while he wasn't looking. pic.twitter.com/dROYoqmwfC
The video doesn't make clear exactly when the authorities arrived or if the former Texas great required any serious medical attention, although TMZ noted that no charges were made and no arrests took place a result of the confrontation.
Houston Police said that officers were called out to the bar by its owner, who claimed that he was hit by a drink and someone's elbow, according to TMZ.
Police added that the incident was likely kicked off "over a conversation about race."
HPD added that "the man ultimately didn't want to press charges" and that "no arrests were made."
