Arizona Diamondbacks' Corbin Carroll Joins Fernando Tatis Jr. in Baseball History

In this story:
The Arizona Diamondbacks walloped the Milwaukee Brewers on Monday night by a score of 9-1. The Snakes scored six runs in the top of the first inning off of former Cy Young winner Corbin Burnes en route to the victory.
Young Diamondbacks star Corbin Carroll went 1-4 in the game with two runs scored and a walk as he continues his push for the National League Rookie of the Year. Carroll's one hit was his 16th home run of the year. He's now got 39 RBI, 19 stolen bases and is hitting .304.
He also joined some very rare and special company in baseball history.
Per ESPN Stats & Info:
With a HR on Monday, Corbin Carroll now has 20 home runs and 21 stolen bases in 102 career games played. That is the 2nd-fastest AL/NL player since 1900 to reach 20 career home runs and 20 stolen bases behind only Fernando Tatis Jr. (97 games).

Like Tatis Jr., Carroll is one of the true young stars of the sport and he does have an excellent shot at NL Rookie of the Year. The Diamondbacks also have an excellent shot at the playoffs as the win moved them to 44-29 on the season.
They are currently 3.5 games up on the San Francisco Giants in the National League West. The Los Angeles Dodgers, who have dominated the division for a decade, are 4.5 back.
The Diamondbacks and Brewers will play again on Tuesday night as Ryne Nelson pitches against Brewers righty, Colin Rea.
First pitch is 8:10 p.m. ET.
