Atlanta Braves' All-Star and MVP Candidate Continues to Work His Way Up All-Time Lists

In this story:
The Atlanta Braves lost to the Miami Marlins on Saturday 11-5 but first baseman Matt Olson made some team history by hitting his 52nd home run of the year, the most in a single-season in franchise history.
In addition to his 52 homers though, he also now has 129 RBI, which is moving up that franchise all-time list as well.
Per @StatsCentre:

Olson seems certain to break that record of 135, which will have him squarely in the middle of the MVP conversation with Ronald Acuna Jr., Mookie Betts and Freddie Freeman.
He's hitting .281 this year with an OPS of 1.005 as well. He's in his second year in Atlanta after being acquired in a trade with the Oakland Athletics before the 2022 season.
In his eighth year in the big leagues with the A's and Braves, he's a lifetime .255 hitter with 228 home runs and 605 RBI.
The Braves are currently 96-52 and own the best record in the National League. They are looking for their second World Series title in three years, having also won in 2021.
The Braves will wrap up a series with the Miami Marlins on Sunday afternoon. First pitch is set for 1:40 p.m. ET as Charlie Morton pitches against Jesus Luzardo.
