It's the latest in a string of accomplishments for Altuve, who is one of the most decorated players of the last decade.
The 33-year-old is an eight-time All-Star, a three-time batting champion, a two-time World Series champion and a former MVP. He's also won a Gold Glove award and is a six-time Silver Slugger.
Slowed this year by injury, he's only accumulated 242 at-bats, but he's hitting .322 with 10 home runs, 34 RBI and 13 stolen bases.
Lifetime, he's a .307 hitter with 202 home runs.
After the win, the Astros are now 75-58. They are 1.0 game back in the American League West race and currently are tied for the second wild card spot in the AL with the Texas Rangers.
They'll take on the Red Sox again on Tuesday night.
First pitch is set for 7:10 p.m. ET.
