Earlier this week, Houston Astros outfielder Kyle Tucker hit a career milestone, becoming the 20th player in team history to hit 100 home runs.

Tucker hit the plateau as part of the series against the Oakland Athletics.

One of the best and most underrated players in the entire game, Tucker is a two-time All-Star, a Gold Glove winner and a World Series champion.

He's hitting .285 with 27 home runs and 105 RBI for the Astros, who are currently in first place in the American League West. Along with Jose Altuve, Yordan Alvarez, and Alex Bregman, the 'Stros have one of most menacing orders in the entire league.

They won the World Series in 2022 and could very possibly get to the World Series again this year.

In his sixth year in the majors, Tucker is a .272 hitter with the 100 homers and 361 RBI. He has received MVP votes in each of the last two seasons and is likely to receive more votes this year.

The Astros lead the American League West by 0.5 games over the Texas Rangers and 1.5 games over the Seattle Mariners.

They will travel to Kansas City for a weekend series with the Kansas City Royals. Game one of the series is Friday night with the first pitch scheduled for 8:10 p.m. ET.

Cristian Javier gets the ball for Houston while Zack Greinke gets the ball for KC.

Javier is 9-3 with a 4.78 ERA while Greinke, who also used to pitch for the Astros, is 1-15 with a 5.47.
