Opening Day Starting Lineups, Pitchers for Cardinals vs. Blue Jays Game Thursday

In this story:
The St. Louis Cardinals will play their first game of the 2023 MLB season Thursday, taking on the Toronto Blue Jays at 4:10 p.m. ET at Busch Stadium on Opening Day.
Cardinals manager Oli Marmol will give the ball to Miles Mikolas, who will make his second start on Opening Day in his career. Both Opening Day starts have occurred as a member of the Cardinals.

Manoah's 16-7 record, 2.24 ERA, 0.99 WHIP and 174 ERA+ across 31 starts and 196.2 innings pitched earned him American League Cy Young Award consideration a year ago, finishing behind Houston Astros ace Justin Verlander and Chicago White Sox rising star Dylan Cease in the award voting.
