A few interesting nuggets on the lineup for Bruce Bochy:
-The rookie Carter hits third. After just being called up to the majors for the first time in September, he finds himself in a very prominent spot in the order.
-Garcia is coming off an ALCS MVP award. He has seven home runs these playoffs.
-Good to see Garver in the lineup. He was hit by a pitch in Game 7 against the Astros and experienced some discomfort.
Now, for the D'Backs lineup:
1) Corbin Carroll, RF
2) Ketel Marte, 2B
3) Gabriel Moreno, C
4) Christian Walker, 1B
5) Tommy Pham, DH
6) Lourdes Gurriel Jr., LF
7) Alek Thomas, CF
8) Evan Longoria, 3B
9) Geraldo Perdomo, SS
SP) Zac Gallen

Gallen comes into this matchup at 2-2 with an ERA north of five in these playoffs. He'll have his hands full with that Rangers lineup.
