The San Francisco Giants will close out a three-game series with the Chicago White Sox Thursday afternoon at 2:10 p.m. ET at Guaranteed Rate Field in Chicago, Illinois.

The Giants took game one of the series on Monday, putting down the White Sox 12-3 in the White Sox' home opener on the south side of Chicago. The White Sox responded Wednesday with a 7-3 victory of their own. Both clubs will try for their first series win of the 2023 season Thursday.

Giants manager Gabe Kapler will give the ball to Alex Wood. Lance Lynn will start for the White Sox, opposite Wood.
