The Rangers have been listening to Creed in the clubhouse to get hyped for games According to pitcher Andrew Heaney, it started when they were struggling in the second half of the season this year. He said he hopes that Creed is playing throughout the ballpark before their home games this week because it would fire the team up if fans started singing along

The Rangers certainly were struggling in the second half of the season and even lost the American League West on the final day of the regular season.
Creed was one of the most popular bands of the late 1990s because of hits like "Arms Wide Open."

Creed released four albums beginning with 1997’s My Own Prison, and helped define the mega-selling post-grunge rock movement of the late ‘90s. Singles like “One,” “Higher,” “With Arms Wide Open” and “My Sacrifice” crossed over from alternative radio to pop audiences, and with 1999 sophomore album Human Clay, Creed reached a commercial peak — the album has sold 11.7 million copies to date, according to Luminate.
The Rangers currently have a 2-0 series lead in the best-of-five American League Division Series.
They will take on the Baltimore Orioles in Game 3 on Tuesday night.
First pitch is set for 8:03 p.m. ET as Nathan Eovaldi gets the ball for Texas.
