BREAKING: Yet Another Massive WWE Title Match Announced For WrestleMania 40

Another title match addition has been made to WrestleMania 40.

WWE has added a big-time championship match to WrestleMania 40.

Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, PA will be the home of WrestleMania this year, and the event already features some huge title matches. That includes an Undisputed WWE Universal Championship match between titleholder Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes.

Now, there is yet another title match on deck for "The Showcase of The Immortals."

During the March 4th episode of Monday Night Raw, Adam Pearce announced a multi-man match with championship implications. The next challenger for WWE Intercontinental Champion GUNTHER was determined in a gauntlet match tonight. Sami Zayn, Chad Gable, Shinsuke Nakamura, Ricochet, JD McDonagh, and Bronson Reed competed in the match.

Ultimately, it was Sami Zayn who punched his ticket to a championship match at WrestleMania 40.

The match began with Ricochet and McDonagh. JD was the first one eliminated. Bronson Reed then pinned Ricochet, but was eliminated by Sami Zayn. Reed attacked Sami before Shinsuke Nakamura entered the ring, but Zayn still eliminated the "King of Strong Style."

The gauntlet match came down to Zayn and Chad Gable. In the end, it was Sami who emerged victorious. He is going to WrestleMania 40 to challenge GUNTHER.

The Intercontinental Champion made his way out to get a good look at his WrestleMania 40 foe before Monday Night Raw went off the air.

Now, where is Adam Pearce to say, "It is official?"
