Indiana's Hoosiers For Good Signs Largest NIL Class Ever

Charity-based NIL collective partners with nearly 50 new Indiana student-athletes

Indiana’s charity-focused NIL collective has signed nearly 50 student-athletes to pair with charities around the area as part of its efforts.

The 48 student-athletes is the largest class that Hoosiers for Good have ever signed, per the Indianapolis Star.

Hoosiers for Good partners with student-athletes in nearly every sport on campus. The Star reported that the list of players in this class includes swimmers Anna Peplowski and Kristina Paegle, volleyball’s Ramsey Gary, soccer’s Sam Sarver, baseball’s Connor Foley, and football players Mike Katic and Elijah Sarratt, the latter of which transferred to IU from James Madison.

Formed in 2022, Hoosiers For Good pairs student-athletes with local charities and allows them to support those charities through speaking engagements and social media interactions. Hoosiers For Good compensates those athletes for their likeness.

Per The Star, the charities these athletes will support include Stop The Violence Indianapolis, RecycleForce, People and Animal Learning Services, Stone Belt, Monroe County Habitat for Humanity, Hoosier Hills Food Bank and Monroe Community Kitchen.

Charities previously supported by Hoosiers For Good include the Riley Child Foundation, the American Red Cross (Indiana Region), Indiana Wish, Turnstone, Boys and Girls Club of Bloomington, Jack Shockely Warriors for Peace, A Kid Again, YMCA of Monroe County, LittleStar ABA Therapy, Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Southern Indiana, Cancer Support Community Central Indiana, Young & Established, Girls on the Run Central Indiana, Healing Hands, Jump IN for Healthy Kids, the Bloomington Health Foundation, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation - Indiana Chapter and People and Animal Learning Services (PALS)
