Wednesday evening was a wild one at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

The New York Knicks and Boston Celtics (both playing their first regular season game) went into double overtime.

Not to mention the game was also on ESPN.

The Knicks came out on top beating the Celtics 138-134.

Knicks' super-fan Spike Lee was dressed to impress at the exciting game.

The famous film producer was sitting courtisde to cheer on his Knicks.

According to ESPN's Nick DePaula (see Tweet below), the Louis Vuitton x NBA suit Lee was wearing is $5,000.

Maybe the outfit was good luck, because after blowing a three-point lead at the end of regulation (see tweet below from ESPN), the Knicks found themselves in the win column.

All-Star forward Jaylen Brown also had a sensational night that ended up being for nothing, because his 46 points, nine rebounds and six assists were still not enough for the Celtics.

The Knicks had Derrick Rose come up in the clutch with the eventual game-sealing shot, and were led by All-Star Julius Randle and his 35 points.
