No college football team has had more fun this season than the Washington Huskies. Their explosive offense, led by quarterback Michael Penix Jr. and wide receiver Rome Odunze, has forced football fans to stay up late for Pac-12 games all year long.
As if the Huskies needed any more hype, adidas has been among the squad's most vocal supporters. Adidas made history by signing Penix and Odunze to NIL Deals earlier this fall and quickly rolled out marketing campaigns to aid in their award-winning individual campaigns.
It appears that adidas is not finished showing love to its West Coast flagship school. Thanks to the Huskies' social media team, we can see the entire team received sold-out adidas x Fear of God sneakers. Check out the Instagram post below for a detailed look at the unboxings.
The adidas x Fear of God collaboration contained some of the most highly anticipated sneakers of the holiday season. Naturally, they sold out within seconds online. But when representing the brand in the College Football Playoff, rare sneakers come with the territory.
Luckily for fans, they can stock up on officially licensed Washington Huskies sneakers and apparel on the adidas website. Washington has been one of the few NCAA programs selected to receive special colorways of adidas' most popular sneakers.
Tomorrow's game between the Huskies and the Texas Longhorns is a showdown between two of the top teams who just so happen to be sponsored by dueling brands. It is clear that adidas is already bringing the heat. Stay locked into FanNationKicks.com for all your sneaker news from the sports world.
