Most casual sports fans can be forgiven for mistakenly believing baseball lacks swag or that sneakers are just for basketball players. But if this new MLB season has taught us anything, it's how fun the game is on and off the field.

Travis Scott is more than a rapper and superfan. The Houston native is one of the most influential figures in the sneaker world, having collaborated with Nike and Jordan Brand on several projects over the past six years.

On Sunday, Scott celebrated the Houston Astros' 2022 World Series victory by supplying the team with his recently-released Air Jordan sneakers. Judging by the smiles of coaches and players, the gift was well received.

Unfortunately for the sneaker world, it is reported that the new kicks are the final collaboration between Scott and Jordan Brand. Below is everything fans need to know about the Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low 'Olive' colorway.

The Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low 'Olive' was released on April 26, 2023, for $150. According to the sneaker resale website StockX, the average resale price is currently $768. Although it is a women's-exclusive release, that has not stopped everyone from purchasing the rare shoes.

The 'Olive' colorway features a black nubuck upper contrasted by white leather overlays. The sail midsole sits on top of an olive green outsole. Like all of Scott's collaborations, the lateral Swoosh logos are backward.

If this is the end of Scott's collaboration with Nike, they enjoyed one of the best partnerships in recent sneaker history. Even better, seeing Scott's hometown team embrace his sneakers is a reminder of how cool baseball can be.
