Jaffe announced earlier on Friday that he was decommitting from Wake Forest only to flip to Ole Miss

CLEARWATER, FLORIDA- Former Moore Haven quarterback Austin Simmons isn’t the only player Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin has worked on flipping on their previous commitment.

On Friday afternoon, the Rebels were able to get another coveted Florida target to change their mind and head to University, Mississippi.

Clearwater Central Catholic defensive back Andy Jaffe announced Friday afternoon that he is flipping his commitment from the University of Wake Forest to Ole Miss. Jaffe previously chose the Deacons over Boston College, Bowling Green and Duke back on January 29th. Jaffe is a 3-star rated safety according to 247Sports.

Jaffe was a major piece to CCC making a deep run through the Class 1M playoffs as he recorded 123 tackles and two interceptions. The Marauders reached the Class 1M state championship game and eventually fell to Chaminade-Madonna
