Although Pope's overall record sits at 14-6, the Greyhounds have just one region loss — a 5-4 defeat to Allatoona.

The rematch is Thursday.

10. Tift County (12-4) vs. Bozeman (Florida) (10-1), 7 p.m. Monday

Tift County will travel to Panama City, Florida, to face off against Bozeman. This will be Tift’s third interstate matchup, with the Blue Devils going 1-1 in those games. This is the first interstate matchup for Bozeman, but the Bucks have the firepower to go up against any opponent in any state. They have scored 125 runs in only 11 games this season.

9. Wesleyan (11-3) @ North Springs (14-4), 5:55 p.m. Monday

These two will face off in a single-game matchup, and both squads are red-hot. Wesleyan has won nine of its last 10 games, while North Springs has won 12 of its last 13 games.

8. Kell (13-5) @ Lassiter (13-6), 5:55 p.m. Monday

Kell and Lassiter will face off in their second and final meeting of the season. Kell comes into this matchup being winners of three straight, and it won the first meeting between the two. Lassiter has had consistency issues of late, as it has yet to win back-to-back games in three weeks.

7. Walton (13-6) @ North Cobb (14-3), 5:55 p.m. Tuesday

Walton and North Cobb square off in a three-game series with major region implications. Walton comes into this series with two region losses in its last four games, so this is a vital matchup for the Raiders. North Cobb, on the other hand, got dismantled by Allatoona 12-0 in its last outing, so the Warriors will be looking for a rebound. North Cobb has a 5-1 region record, while Walton’s is 4-2.

6. Cartersville (11-3) @ Blessed Trinity (10-6), 5:55 p.m. Tuesday

Cartersville and Blessed Trinity are knotted up at a region record of 4-0, and this three-game series could determine the region winner. Both teams are on four-game win streaks. One win streak will come to an end, and one team will have sole possession of first in the region after this series.

5. Marist (11-3) @ Parkview (12-5), 6 p.m. Tuesday

Marist and Parkview enter with solid win streaks. Marist has won nine in a row and Parkview sits at six. This is a must-watch matchup with Parkview looking like the championship team of last season, and Marist looking poised for a 4A championship series.

4. North Oconee (17-1) vs. Pikeville (Kentucky) (6-2), 6:30 p.m. Wednesday

North Oconee is one of the hottest teams in the state, currently on a 14-game win streak, as the Titans haven’t lost since mid-February. Pikeville is just a couple of weeks into its season. The Panthers are trying to get back to where they were a couple of years ago, winning 20-plus games.

3. Parkview (12-5) @ Loganville (14-3), 5:30 p.m. Thursday

Parkview has a tough week of competition ahead, and Loganville is another roadblock. Loganville is ranked No. 3 in SBLive's all-classification Top 25 and playing like it. The Red Devils have won seven of their last eight, while Parkview is on a six-game win streak.

2. Houston County (13-4) @ Valdosta (13-3), 6 p.m. Tuesday

Houston County will travel to Valdosta to open up region play. The Bears have played four straight out-of-state opponents and will welcome a region game. Houston County is coming off back-to-back losses, while Valdosta has won 11 of its last 12 games.

1. Pope (14-6) @ Allatoona (18-0), 5:55 p.m. Thursday

Pope will travel to Ackworth to face region rival Allatoona. Even though Allatoona has yet to lose, Pope is only one game back in the region with a 7-1 record. This is the second and last regular-season matchup between the two, with the first ending in a 5-4 victory for Allatoona.
