Region play is a wrap, and the playoff run toward the state championships next month starts this week.

Here's the final edition this season of SBLive's all-classification Top 25.

1. North Oconee: 29-1

Last week: 1

North Oconee ended its regular season on a mind-blowing 26-game win streak. The Titans just completed their best regular season in school history.

2. Mount Paran: 25-2

Last week: 2

Mount Paran capped off the regular season on a 10-game win streak. The Eagles were dominant on all fronts this season and only had one loss to an in-state opponent.

3. Houston County: 23-4

Last week: 4

Houston County will enter the playoffs on a 10-game win streak. The Bears had a phenomenal season and swept every series they played.

4. Parkview: 24-6

Last week: 5

Parkview is looking like the No. 1 contender in 7A. The Panthers ended their season with a big win over Buford and are winners of 18 of their last 19 games.

5. Pace Academy: 23-4

Last week: 6

Pace Academy took the series win over region rival Lovett and will ride into the playoffs as winners of 12 of its last 13.

6. Buford: 22-7

Last week: 3

After being one of the most dominant teams in the country throughout most of the season, Buford struggled down the stretch. The Wolves lost seven of their last nine games to finish the regular season.

7. Wesleyan: 25-4

Last week: 7

Wesleyan will look to ride its momentum into the playoffs. The Wolves took down Grayson in their last game and finished off the regular season with three straight series sweeps.

8. Benedictine: 24-4

Last week: 8

Benedictine capped off yet another 20-win season and will look to stay hot in the playoffs and make a state championship run.

9. Lassiter: 22-7

Last week: 10

Lassiter ended its season on a high note, with a five-game win streak that included wins over Pope, Kennesaw Mountain and Allatoona.

10. Allatoona: 27-3

Last week: 9

After a brief rough patch, Allatoona returned to looking like one of the best teams in the state. The Buccaneers ended on a four-game win streak, scoring 48 runs and allowing only four in that stretch.

11. Woodstock: 23-7

Last week: 11

Woodstock won its last four series of the season, including a big one over Etowah. The Wolverines' great season ended as champions of a very tough region.

12. Marist: 23-7

Last week: 12

Marist put up eight runs in a win over Buford. The War Eagles enter the playoffs in fine form as they look to repeat as 4A state champs.

13. Etowah: 23-7

Last week: 13

Etowah capped off its season with a huge region series win over Cherokee.

14. Loganville: 22-8

Last week: 14

Loganville ended its season with a series win over Eastside and a nail-biter against Grayson.

15. Pope: 23-7

Last week: 16

Pope fell to Lassiter in an extra-inning thriller but still won 15 of its last 16 games.

16. Cartersville: 23-5

Last week: 17

Cartersville ended the regular season on a seven-game win streak and never lost a series all year.

17. Cherokee: 20-10

Last week: 18

You can break Cherokee’s season into three parts: Part one being inconsistent and struggling to string together wins; part two where it couldn’t be beat; and part three a struggle to close out the season.

18. Denmark: 21-9

Last week: 15

Denmark lost its last two games of the season to West and South Forsyth. The Danes end their season losing three of their last four games.

19. Lovett: 21-7

Last week: 19

Lovett was unable to take down region rival Pace Academy. The Lions took Game 1 but then lost two straight.

20. Pierce County: 23-2

Last week: 21

Pierce County dominated all season and enters the playoffs full of confidence.

21. Pike County: 26-3

Last week: 22

Pike County wasn’t able to take home the win in its last game of the season against non-region foe Ola but ended the season winning 16 of its last 17.

22. North Hall: 26-4

Last week: 24

North Hall capped off a dominant regular season on a 21-game win streak.

23. Lowndes: 22-7

Last week: 23

Lowndes finished the regular season winning 16 of its last 18 games and as region champs.

24. Winder-Barrow: 19-9

Last week: 25

Winder-Barrow swept Shiloh to make a late push for the region title but came up short after falling to Mountain View.

25. Metter: 21-5

Last week: unranked

The reigning Class A Public state champions will be a scary sight to upcoming opponents as Metter cruises into the postseason on an 11-game win streak.
