Offensive coordinator Dante Williams called one of the most explosive offenses in Georgia last season.

Next season he'll be at the helm at Archer as head coach.

Williams is coming off a season where he helped lead Collins Hill to its first football state championship, beating Milton in the Class 7A final.

This will be the first head coaching job for Williams, a former Duluth quarterback who played college football at Samford.

He's the third Collins Hill assistant this offseason to move up to a head job, joining Todd Wofford (Meadowcreek) and Hayden Gregory (Bluffton, South Carolina). Gregory is the son of current Collins Hill head coach Lenny Gregory.

Archer is coming off a 7-5 season in which it won a region title and lost to Walton in the playoffs.
