Putnam outlasts North Eugene in OT thriller at Oregon 5A boys basketball state tournament

Tyler Adams and Lennon Greenleaf had 15 points apiece, Jaiden Pickett added 13, and Chase McDonald scored 11, helping Putnam fight off North Eugene for a 61-57 overtime victory in a Class 5A boys basketball state tournament quarterfinal Wednesday at Linfield University in McMinnville. 

India Mohiuddin had 14 points for North Eugene. Joey Banry and Caiden Gould scored 12 each.
