Huffman edges Mountain Brook 77-76

Huffman’s Travarus “Bob” Carroll led all scorers with 26 points as the Vikings beat Mountain Brook 77-76 in a game at Spartan Arena.”

Carroll’s points came on 6 field goals, 2 three pointers and 8 of 15 free throws during the game.

Mountain Brook was led by Ben Mc Cool’s 20 points and Sean Elmore added 20. Mountain Brook fell to 26-5 overall while Huffman improved their record to 1-3.

Mountain Brook’s next game is scheduled to be played at Jacksonville State University on Thursday Feb. 16 at 1:30pm versus Gadsden City. Huffman will travel to Jacksonville State University on Wednesday Feb. 22 at 10:45am to play Mountain Brook.
