Thompson Warriors defeat Shelby County Wildcats 54-37 in Alabama high school basketball game

Thompson Small Forward Chaney Johnson led all scorers with 10 points as the Warriors beat Shelby County Wildcats 54-37 in a game.

Johnson’s points came on 2 field goals and 2 three pointers during the game.

Isaac Montgomery added 6. Shelby County fell to 0-1 overall while Thompson improved their record to 10-3.

Shelby County’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Wednesday Jan. 2 at 5:30pm versus Thompson. Thompson will host Spain Park on Thursday Dec. 27 at 4:00pm.
