Hoover Buccaneers defeat Tuscaloosa County Wildcats 66-55 in Alabama high school basketball game

Hoover’s Ahman Ellington led all scorers with 24 points as the Buccaneers beat Tuscaloosa County Wildcats 66-55 in a game.

Ellington’s points came on 4 field goals, 3 three pointers and 7 of 10 free throws during the game.

Boyce Williams added 14. Tuscaloosa County fell to 0-2 overall while Hoover improved their record to 16-6.

Tuscaloosa County’s next game is scheduled to be played at on Thursday Jan. 31 at 1:00pm versus Chelsea. Hoover will host Oak Mountain on Friday Jan. 18 at 7:30pm.
