Shead High School beats East Grand 49-36

Shead High School’s Holly Preston led all scorers with 20 points as the Tiger beat East Grand 49-36 in a game at Eastport.”

Preston’s points came on 7 field goals and 6 of 7 free throws during the game.

East Grand was led by Haleigh Shag’s 16 points and Sarah Stoddard added 14. East Grand fell to 0-1 overall while Shead High School improved their record to 2-0.

Shead High School will travel to Jonesport on Thursday Jan. 5 at 6:18pm to play Royalettes.
