Gonzaga defeats DeMatha 71-62

Gonzaga’s Terrance Williams led all scorers with 22 points as the Eagles beat DeMatha 71-62 in a game at Paul VI High School.”

Williams’ points came on 3 field goals, 3 three pointers and 7 of 8 free throws during the game.

DeMatha was led by J Moore’s 18 points and Earl Timberlake added 16. DeMatha fell to 0-0 overall while Gonzaga improved their record to 12-1.

Gonzaga will travel to Hoophall Classic on Saturday Jan. 13 at 3:00pm to play Sacred Heart.
