DeMatha Stags edges Gonzaga Eagles 62-58 in Maryland high school basketball game

De Matha Guard Justin Moore led all scorers with 13 points as the Stags beat Gonzaga Eagles 62-58 in a game.

Moore’s points came on 3 field goals, 1 three pointer and 4 of 4 free throws during the game.

Myles Stute added 11. Gonzaga fell to 7-3 overall while De Matha improved their record to 1-0.

Gonzaga’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Thursday Jan. 10 at 4:30pm versus Paul Vi.
