Pontotoc edges Caledonia 28-27

Gabe Harmon accumulated 112 rushing yards and scored 3 touchdowns to help Pontotoc to a 28-27 win over Caledonia on Friday night at Caledonia High School.

The Warriors also received impressive efforts from Justin Carter who completed 14 passes for 124 yards and Cade Armstrong who rushed 1 time for 64 yards and 1 touchdown.

Caledonia’s QB Brandon Edmondson threw for 44 yards and 1 touchdown and SB Jedarius Gore had 41 receiving yards and 1 touchdown.

With the loss, Caledonia falls to 3-5 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Caledonia will face off against the Amory Panthers at home on Friday October 19 at 5:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
