West Jones Mustangs defeat West Point Green Wave 33-27 in Mississippi high school football game

West Jones High School Quarterback Alan Follis accumulated 215 passing yards to guide West Jones Mustangs to a 33-27 win over West Point Green Wave on Saturday night at Mississippi Veterans Memorial Stadium in a high school football game.

The Mustangs also received major efforts from Wide Receiver Tajrick Randolph who caught 5 passes for 104 yards and Running Back Kentrel Pruitt who rushed 23 times for 70 yards and 3 touchdowns.

West Point’s Athlete Christopher Ivy threw for 25 yards, Running Back Cameron Young picked up 74 rushing yards and 3 touchdowns and Athlete Shavontre Ryland had 23 receiving yards.

The win helps West Jones improve to 13-2 on the season while West Point falls to 10-4. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.
