Eastern cruises by Clay 56-36

Eastern’s Cody Weaver led all scorers with 20 points as the Eagles beat Clay 56-36 in a game at Beaver.”

Weaver’s points came on 10 field goals during the game.

Clay was led by Caleb Cline’s 18 points and Hunter Mathias added 6. Clay fell to 0-0 overall while Eastern improved their record to 9-3.

Eastern will travel to on Tuesday Jan. 9 at 6:00pm to play Symmes Valley.
