Mead Guard Lane Lorenz led the way with 12 points as the Panthers beat Cheney Blackhawks 65-55 in a game at Cheney, WA.

Lorenz’s points came on 4 field goals, 1 three pointer and 1 of 1 free throws during the game.

Henry Browne added 20. Cheney fell to 0-6 overall while Mead improved their record to 1-6.

Cheney’s next game is scheduled to be played at on Saturday Jun. 5 versus Central Valley. Mead will host Lewis & Clark on Saturday Jun. 5
