Roosevelt’s Nick Blume led all scorers with 17 points as the Roughriders beat Franklin 80-68 in a game at Roosevelt High School.”

Blume’s points came on 4 field goals and 9 of 12 free throws during the game.

Franklin was led by Maurice Barnett’s 26 points and Marquan Williams added 18. Franklin fell to 2-2 overall while Roosevelt improved their record to 0-0.

Franklin’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Wednesday Dec. 28 at 8:07pm versus Stadium. Roosevelt will host Northwest on Tuesday Nov. 28 at 8:00pm.
