Decatur beats Renton 68-56

Decatur’s Tanner Rees led all scorers with 20 points as the Gators beat Renton 68-56 in a game at Bellevue College.”

Rees’ points came on 3 field goals, 4 three pointers and 2 of 6 free throws during the game.

Renton was led by Edward Barquet’s 14 points and Jaden Locke added 10. Renton fell to 1-0 overall while Decatur improved their record to 5-3.

Renton’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Friday Jan. 13 at 7:00pm versus Steilacoom. Decatur will host Bishop Blanchet on Thursday Dec. 29 at 6:00pm.
