Garfield’s J’raan Brooks led all scorers with 16 points as the Bulldogs beat West Seattle 55-50 in a game at West Seattle HS.”

Brooks’ points came on 5 field goals and 6 of 6 free throws during the game.

West Seattle was led by Nate Pryor’s 21 points and Abdullahi Mohamed added 12. West Seattle fell to 1-2 overall while Garfield improved their record to 0-0.

West Seattle’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Tuesday Jan. 10 at 7:30pm versus Bainbridge. Garfield will host Cleveland on Friday Dec. 1 at 8:30pm.
