Lynden edges Mark Morris 60-56

Lynden Guard Christian Zamora led all scorers with 25 points as the Lions beat Mark Morris 60-56 in a game at YAKIMA SUNDOME.”

Zamora’s points came on 7 field goals, 2 three pointers and 5 of 6 free throws during the game.

Mark Morris was led by Tyler Berger’s 22 points and Garrett Berger added 18. Mark Morris fell to 5-3 overall while Lynden improved their record to 1-1.

Mark Morris’ next game is scheduled to be played at YAKAMA SUNDOME on Friday Dec. 29 at 6:00pm versus Zillah. Lynden will travel to NVHS on Tuesday Jan. 2 at 7:15pm to play Nooksack Valley.
