oja’s points came on 4 field goals, 1 three pointer and 5 of 8 free throws during the game.

Newport was led by Owen Leslie’s 16 points and Danny Bradbury added 10. Newport fell to 1-1 overall while Freeman improved their record to 4-0.

Newport’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Tuesday Dec. 12 at 5:45pm versus Deer Park. Freeman will host Colville on Tuesday Dec. 12 at 5:45pm.
